I haven't been here in ages! Haven't done much in the realm of digital art these days, but I've started to dabble in some comic writing. Not sure where I'll go with it, but it's still worth investing time in!  These days I've been focusing on my acting and my fiction writing (I've had a poem published in an online literary journal, and I have a short-story being published in a charity anthology). Lot's of opportunities have shown themselves to me, and I've made wonderful progress. Things have been good, and they're only going to continue to get better!

Alright, it's summer! Now time to ramble about various things that have happened recently. I got one of my short stories published in the school's art magazine, Insight. Definitely one of the highlights of the end of the school year. I finally saw Donnie Darko, my oh my, that was an absolute masterpiece. I loved every minute of it, although, I felt a little drained and empty inside by the time it was over. And of course, me, being the forgetful person that I am, I started watching Lost...after the series was already over, because that's what I do, because I can't ever remember to watch shows when they are on. Well, 'Salem's Lot-Illustrated Edition FINALLY came in the mail. I'm practically exploding with joy right now, and before the end of the day on friday, I was introduced to a magical little thing called.... Salad Fingers. I absolutely ADORE surrealism, and I was surprised that I hadn't found out about it until now, and so, I've been watching all of David Firth's videos...all day. This has been a great weekend thus far. :D
